The Bezzini family
Since the late nineteenth century, four generations have tied their work to Simignano, the land and the Cinta Senese breed.
Simignano · Sovicille · Siena
Simignano is a small village in the Montagnola Senese. Casa al Gianni, the historic cellar, the bell tower built in 1160, houses and barns form an intimate landscape surrounded by woods and fields.
Azienda Agricola Simignano belongs to the Bezzini family. Cinta Senese pigs are raised here, grains are grown and cured meats, fresh cuts and estate specialities are produced. The farm stay and tastings are the most direct way to share this heritage.

Angelo settles with his family on the Simignano estate and works as a sharecropper.
Giuseppe Bezzini purchases the farm and firmly continues breeding Cinta Senese pigs.
The farm continues its agricultural work and welcomes guests and visitors to Simignano.

Cinta Senese
The animals live outdoors among the estate's woods, chestnut groves and fields. Most of their feed comes directly from the farm, in an agricultural cycle linked to the seasons and the land.
